Creative Art Sessions
My practice supports women who feel creatively blocked, disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain of their artistic voice, or longing for a more meaningful creative like. Together we explore creativity gently, relationally, and without pressure for perfection or performance.
As both an artist and therapeutic arts practitioner, I offer trauma informed creative sessions and groups that support curiosity, sensory awareness, aesthetic exploration, and creative confidence.
I work with women:
retuning to creativity after many years away
experiencing creative blocks or perfectionism
wanting support to discover their aesthetic style and creative voice
seeking deeper connection to intuition and self-expression
Navigating burnout, transition or caregiving
longing for sustainable creative practice
No previous art experience is needed and all materials supplied
My approach is informed by therapeutic arts practice, relational and trauma informed approaches and my own lived experience as a practising artist.
Sessions are guided by:
curiosity rather than judgement
sensory and embodied exploration
gentle reflection
intuitive artmaking
creative process
natural materials
artistic description
Together we may explore:
creative blocks and self-doubt
recurring themes, colours, materials
aesthetic attraction and artistic identity
ways of rebuilding creative rhythms and rituals
reconnecting with play, experimentation and imagination
creating space for creativity within everyday life.
A Gentle Beginning
Beginning creative work can feel vulnerable.
You do not need to arrive with answers, artistic skill, or certainty. Sometimes the first step is simply making space to notice what is calling for attention.
